Ernst Fuchs Villa / Hotel Imperial / Belvedere
Baroque Grandeur · A Destination Wedding in Vienna
Imperial, baroque, unmistakably Viennese
Some weddings are hosted by a city. This one was.
The celebration opened at the Ernst Fuchs Villa, where guests stepped into a world of gold leaf, mosaic, and symbolist murals: a private, dreamlike overture to the days ahead. The next morning unfolded in the Royal Suite of Hotel Imperial, in rooms once reserved for emperors and heads of state, where the light was soft and every gesture seemed to slow down.
The ceremony took place in the gardens of the Belvedere, framed by clipped hedges, a modern sculptural backdrop, and the baroque facade of the Upper Palace. Dinner followed inside the Marmorsaal, beneath Carlone's frescoed ceiling and between marble columns. The film is shaped entirely by its settings: imperial, baroque, and deeply Viennese.
